The Elite Health & Wellness Center located at 21065 E. Trimmer Springs Rd., Sanger, CA 93657, serving Kings River Packing, will close on September 30, 2026. After that date, the clinic will no longer be available for appointments or care.
While the onsite clinic is closing, Kings River Packing and Elite Corporate Medical are actively exploring potential healthcare service options for employees beyond the current onsite clinic model. Additional information regarding any future healthcare services or programs will be communicated as decisions are finalized.
We want to make sure you have time to arrange for ongoing care. If you receive care or prescriptions through the clinic, please plan to transition to another provider before September 30, 2026. If you have an active prescription or are in the middle of treatment, please contact the clinic soon so we can help you transition safely.
You have the right to a copy of your records or to have them transferred to a new provider. To request a copy or transfer please see the information below.
